What is HTV? HTV stands for heat transfer vinyl.
The process. Heat transfer vinyl designs are cut, weeded, and pressed onto items using a heat press.
Pros/Cons. HTV designs are great for personalization and small quantities. It can be applied to cotton, 50/50 blends, and 100% polyester. It comes in many different colors. There is no Pantone matching available. Designs with fine details do not work well for this process.
